NOTE: Download and install this NI-VISA Run-time Engine 4.4 if you cannot see the valid COM ports in the Main Menu of the Software:

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS FOR IES SOFTWARE

FOR NEW INSTALLATION OR UPDATING EXISTING SOFTWARE:

     1. Download software to C:/TEMP directory
     2. Unzip files to same directory
     3. Doubleclick on the SETUP.EXE icon for installation
     4. Reboot your computer

FOR A DIRECT DOWNLOAD OF THE LABVIEW 8.5 RUNTIME ENGINE FOR WINDOWS 2000/XP:

    1. Click on the link below to take you directly to the National Instruments website:
           http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/861/lang/en
     2. Once the new webpage is open, select “LabVIEW_8.5_Runtime_Engine.exe” download, and install it on
           your computer
     3. Once you have the 8.5 Runtime Engine installed on your computer, you do not have to install it again for future OWR
           software upgrades
     4. Now, download the OWR 4-41 software WITHOUT RUNTIME 8.5 and install it on your computer
